St. MATTHEW'S HALL

The Best

St. Matthew's Hall

The Hall was named after St. Matthew who was the son of Alphaeus and lived at Capharnnaum on Lake Genesareth and this was so because St. Ambrose College of Education is a Catholic Tertiary Institution located in Dormaa Akwamu in the Dormaa East District of the Bono Region of Ghana.

The celebration of hall week is on the 21st September every year. The date was selected because it marked the St. Matthew Feast day according to the Roman Catholic calendar.

The hall tutor MR. JOSEPH GURAH JNR. took over from Mr. Charles Twene who ended his term of office in 2018
